Man Becomes “monster,” Disembowels Girlfriend [GRAPHIC details!]

Fidel Lopez called 911 about 3:39 a.m. Sunday and told the operator his girlfriend Maria Nemeth was having trouble breathing and was going to die, according to the arrest report filed in the case.

Sunrise police found Lopez crying for help next to Nemeth’s naked body on the floor of the bathroom with blood and body tissue around the apartment that Nemeth, 31, and Lopez, 24, had shared for about one week in the 1600 block of Northwest 128th Drive, the report stated.

The bathroom door was ripped off its hinges and there was blood and tissue in the bathroom, a bedroom closet, and smeared on walls and doors. There were several holes in the walls and a shattered sliding glass door, police said.

During questioning Sunday morning Lopez initially told investigators that he and Nemeth had been having rough sex and that she went into the bathroom, vomited and collapsed, the arrest report said.

Further questioning revealed a different story.

Lopez told detectives he became a “monster” when Nemeth called out her ex-husband’s name two times while they were having sex. He said hearing someone else’s name during sex upset and enraged him, investigators said.

Lopez said he left Nemeth in the closet where they were having sex and started breaking things throughout the apartment, smashing the rear sliding glass door and punching holes in the walls, police said.

Below = GRAPHIC. “Monster” doesn’t start to describe this. This is not “rough sex” or about “rough sex” at all and that scumbag only said that to try to excuse himself for killing her. Only a scumbag who can’t see a woman as a human would do this.

Most of the time, when a man claims “it was rough sex,” he’s hiding a rape. Period.

He went back to the closet where Nemeth was lying unconscious and he started inserting a beer bottle, a flat iron for hair, and both fists inside of her, investigators said.

Lopez said he inserted his arm up to his elbow and ripped out part of her intestines, detectives said.

He carried her into the bathroom and tried to put water on Nemeth’s face, but she did not wake up.

Lopez told police he then washed the blood off his hands in the bathroom sink, went out on the porch to smoke a cigarette and then started to panic.

After further efforts to clean the apartment, Lopez told police he checked on Nemeth in the bathroom, found that she wasn’t breathing and called 911, according to the arrest report.

(Off-Duty) Cop Gone Bad: “I’m tired of going to court”: Cop Shoots Ex-Wife Dead in Front of Witnesses, 7-Year-Old Daughter

Sgt. Phillip Seidle has been charged with murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of his 7-year-old daughter in the death of his 51-year-old ex-wife Tamara, first assistant prosecutor Mark LeMieux said. The couple, who divorced on May 27, had nine children, ranging in age from 7 to 24.

The fatal shooting followed a violent encounter that began when Seidle — with his young daughter in the passenger seat of his silver Honda Pilot — chased his wife as she was driving through the streets of Asbury Park, LeMieux said.

Here’s how LeMieux described the shooting:

As Tamara Seidle was trying to flee, her vehicle crashed into a parked car on Sewall Avenue. Phillip Seidle’s car then crashed into hers, and he got out of the car, pulled out his handgun, and approached her car, immediately firing into the driver’s side several times.

Seidle’s daughter was in his car while he was shooting into her mother’s car.

Once Seidle stopped shooting, he put a gun to his head and started walking around the vehicle, police said. Police, who were nearby investigating an unrelated motor vehicle accident, started talking to Seidle, and got him to agree that they could take his daughter out of the car.

As she was taken away, Seidle then walked to the front of his wife’s car and fired into the windshield.

Seidle then put the gun again to his head, and there was a 30-minute standoff while police attempted to get him to surrender. He did so at 11:52 a.m., LeMieux said.

Eyewitness Michael Terrell described how Seidle ran out to the middle of the street, yelling at his ex-wife about child custody battles.

“The guy was in the middle of the street,” said Terrell, a Neptune resident who was working at Campbell’s Door Supply Co. on Sewall Avenue at the time. “He was saying, ‘I’m tired of going to court.'”

Teen Kills Brother, Wounds Another over Food

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office received a call about the shooting at 6:19 p.m. local time in the city of Hudson, some 45 miles (72 km) north of Tampa, the office said in a statement.

The three brothers were squabbling over dinner, the statement said, when the 13-year-old grabbed a handgun and shot his two brothers before killing himself. The children were home alone at the time.

The older brother was taken to a hospital and his injuries were not considered life-threatening, the statement said. The names of the children were not released by authorities.

The Times said that the children’s mother was at work and a fourth son, who is 18-years-old, was not at the house.

Further details were not immediately available.

“He just drove off”: Man Throws 5-Year-Old Daughter off Bridge, Kills Her

A Florida man driving toward a bridge over Tampa Bay pulled his car over early Thursday, took his 5-year-old daughter from the back seat, pressed her head to his chest, and tossed her over the rail, according to police in St. Petersburg.

John Nicholas Jonchuck, 25, faces first-degree murder charges. His daughter, Phoebe, fell about 60 feet over the Sunshine Skyway bridge into the bay just after midnight, St. Petersburg police Chief Anthony Holloway said at a news conference.

An officer heading home after his shift saw Jonchuck’s vehicle speed past at nearly 100 mph, Holloway said. The officer prepared to pull the PT Cruiser over, but by the time he caught up with it, Jonchuck had pulled over on the side of the road.

Holloway said Jonchuck got out and started toward the officer, who pulled his weapon. But Jonchuck went around to the passenger side of the car and got the child out.

The officer “thought he heard the child scream, but he wasn’t sure,” Holloway said. The officer then saw the man throw the child over, into the strong bay current.

Her body was recovered about a mile from the bridge and hour and a half later. Rescue crews tried to revive her, but she was pronounced dead at 2:44 a.m.

Back on the road, officers said Jonchuck got back in the car and headed south, crossing the bridge on Interstate 275.

“The suspect drove off,” Holloway said. “He just drove off.”

Two other officers who were near the bridge started following Jonchuck into neighboring Manatee County.

Holloway said Jonchuck turned his blinker on and stopped before starting again and driving toward deputies. He then headed the wrong way on the interstate, going back toward the bridge. Deputies put out traffic spikes to stop the vehicle.

Jonchuck was arrested and brought back to St. Petersburg for questioning. He’s being held without bond on the murder charge.

Authorities said Jonchuck filed a domestic violence report against the child’s mother last month, but it wasn’t granted. He had custody of the child, and they lived with his father in Tampa. Authorities didn’t release information about the girl’s mother.

UPDATE: 15-Year Old Shoots Brother Dead, 11-Year-Old Sister “assisted”

Rusty knew there had to be something going on in that house…..

A 15-year-old girl who fatally shot her 16-year-old brother suffered years of abuse, including being locked in a room for weeks at a time with only a blanket and a bucket to use the bathroom, according to police reports and interviews.

The shooting at a small white house off a dirt road in rural north Florida happened Monday while the children’s parents were away for work. The father, a truck driver, and his wife, who often goes with him, left the 16-year-old boy to watch over the 15-year-old, her 11-year-old sister and their 3-year-old sister, police said. The parents left Sunday and were due back Tuesday.

Sometime Monday, the 15-year-old girl was locked in her room by her brother, police said. After the boy fell asleep, she talked her 11-year-old sister into unlocking her door.

The older girl knew her parents kept a pistol in their room, but they had locked their door. So the girl went outside and used a knife to remove an air conditioner from her parents’ bedroom window. She climbed in while her 11-year-old sister kept watch and grabbed the gun out of a pink bag and loaded it, police said.

The girl went back inside the house, telling her young sisters to get in the closet, she told police. She turned her head and fired at her sleeping brother in the living room, and he screamed “Help! Help!”

She buried her head in a pillow for a while and upon returning to the living room, the girl found her 3-year-old sister trying to wake her dead brother, according to the police report.

She fled with her 11-year-old sister, leaving the 3-year-old behind, police said.

The girls’ mother told police that they often locked the 15-year-old girl up when she misbehaved. The longest they kept her locked in her room was 20 consecutive days, the father told police.

In the girl’s room, police found only a blanket and a bucket filled with urine in the closet.

“It was learned that (the 15-year-old girl) has made past attempts at ending her life but neither law enforcement nor (emergency management services) was notified,” police wrote in their report.

Police documents released Wednesday said the girl’s uncle was convicted of molesting her in 2010. They also say the children’s mother discovered the siblings having sex in 2011. Authorities and child welfare officials investigated, but no one was charged.

Why police say they’re not sure of a motive is sheer stupidity.

Misty “Ariel” Renee Kornegay and her 11-year-old sister Nicole were arrested Monday night and are charged in the death of their 16-year-old brother.

Their parents, Keith and Misty, were also arrested on child neglect charges.

The Sheriff’s Office said 15-year-old Misty “Ariel” Renee Kornegay admitted she shot her 16-year-old brother, then walked away from the home with her 11-year-old sister, Nicole, leaving their 3-year-old sister at home.

Deputies said the shooting happened about 9:30 p.m. at 1205 Sophie Drive in the north part of the county, not far from White Springs.

White Springs police saw the girls walking and stopped them. When officers learned of the homicide, they called the Sheriff’s Office to the scene. Deputies found the brother dead on the living room floor from a single gunshot.

Investigators said the parents were out of town and Ariel Kornegay (pictured left with Nicole, right) retrieved the handgun used in the shooting from the parents’ bedroom. They have not revealed a motive.

After the parents, Keith Kornegay, 37, and 33-year-old Misty Kornegay, returned to town, they were questioned by investigators and were arrested on child neglect charges, accused of failing to properly supervise the children.

Columbia County, which didn’t have a single murder last year, was rocked by the murder.

Sheriff’s office deputies were dispatched to the Kornegay’s White Springs home, whereupon they found the body of the girl’s 16-year-old brother, Damien Kornegay, sprawled out on the living room floor. He had been shot one time and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

“Based on the preliminary investigation, it is believed that earlier in the evening the 15-year-old sister of the deceased retrieved a handgun from their parents’ bedroom and used it to shoot her brother,” said Smith.

Nicole Kornegay’s role in the shooting remains unclear. Smith would only say that she “assisted her 15-year-old sister” in the commission of the crime.

Off-Duty Cop Kills Son, Who Wanted to Be a Cop, on Christmas Eve

An off-duty PBSO deputy shot and killed one of his own relatives on Christmas Eve, but police are mum on details, releasing only minimum info about the victim — a 21-year-old named Khamis Shatara, who apparently wanted to be a cop.

The shooting happened in Delray Beach, and the deputy has been detained by that city’s police department, reported WPTV. For two days after the shooting, the name of the deputy who took his own relative’s life was not released by police or the local TV news station, which says it’s withholding it out of respect for the family. That kind of courtesy is not usually given to regular, nonpolice folks arrested for crimes, but hey — it’s Christmas.

However, late Friday afternoon, Sgt. Nicole Guerriero confirmed to New Times that the name of the deputy who killed his son is Shatara K. Shatara.

As for the victim, Khamis Shatara appears to have been a criminal justice major at Palm Beach State College who idolized police.

Yeah, Who the Fuck Are These Asshats?

“We need help,” [National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration special agent Gregg Houghaboom] said, in tracking down who shot these protected mammals. “We have zero leads…zero responses from the public. We’re hoping someone will have heard something about these cases or saw something on Facebook.”

The pregnant bottlenose dolphin was found dead on Miramar Beach in Choctawhatchee Bay, near Destin around Nov. 21.

A necropsy, or non-human autopsy, revealed the dolphin died of a gunshot wound to her upper right side, likely with a small caliber firearm. She was within weeks of giving birth. The bullet was discovered lodged in the dolphin’s lung. It’s possible the dolphin may have been shot one to two days before it was found dead, NOAA officials said.

A second dolphin was found on Sunday on Orange Beach with a hunting arrow in its side.

It’s the same type of arrow used in deer hunting, Haughaboom said.

Based on preliminary results of a necropsy, it appears the dolphin lived with the arrow in its side for at least five days before eventually dying from a secondary infection caused by the wound.

Whale Dolphin Conservation Society, a worldwide charity whose mission is conservation of whales and dolphins, is offering a $2,500 reward in the pregnant dolphin’s death.

On its online news feed at us.whales.org, it stated it began the reward program last year in response to a large number of “illegal and cruel” acts of humans killing dolphins.

One of the deaths that spurred the society to take action was the dolphin found dead in Perdido Bay in June 2012 with a screwdriver lodged in its head.

Late Tuesday, the Humane Society of the United States and The Humane Society Wildlife Land Trust offered up a $5,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the dolphin killed with an arrow.

According to the Humane Society, this is at least the 13th dolphin shot since 2010.

“You see that, that’s death”: Man Kills Mother with Gun, Knife, Bow and Arrow

When the deputy arrived, the neighbors said some people had argued next door, where the deputy found Gloria Watkins dead and Watkins wielding a large knife, according to the arrest report. Watkins put down the knife but officers had to use a stun gun after he resisted handcuffing, the report said.

Watkins pointed to his mother and said, “You see that, that’s death,” the arrest report stated. Watkins said he killed his mother because she was going to kill him first, that he shot her in the head three times, stabbed her with a knife and shot her with a bow and arrow, the report said.

Watkins also said he killed his mother because she stole his diamonds and gave his father cancer, according to the report.

Man Shoots Woman in Forehead over “joking[…]” Slap

Elliott William Orsborn, 26, is accused of shooting Jamie Lee Martin, 26, in the head after a night of friendly drinking at Martin’s home at 2041 Ashton Street in Middleburg, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

Witnesses told authorities Martin, Orsborn and several other friends had been hanging out in the garage throughout the night while Martin’s two children slept in the house, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Orsborn had flashed his silver .22 revolver with electrical tape wrapped around the handle several times and kept playing around with it.

As the night went on and the group drank more, Martin and Orsborn were sitting at a table talking when Martin said something Orsborn didn’t like. Witnesses said Gavin Lamberth, Martin’s boyfriend of about 5 months who lives with her and her children, told Orsborn to “just chill.”

Then, Martin “jokingly slapped the defendant across the face.”

Witnesses told authorities Orsborn pulled his gun out of his shorts pocket, pointed it at Martin’s forehead and shot her, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Orsborn immediately told witnesses he didn’t mean to shoot Martin, and Martin’s boyfriend and friend started “freaking out.” He stayed at the house for a few minutes and tried to help Martin but then ran from the house.

Orsborn was arrested at his home and told authorities he didn’t wish to speak until talking with an attorney….

Orsborn is a felon who was convicted of aggravated assault in January 2011 where he pulled a knife on a courtesy officer at an Orange Park motel. According to the report, he told officers he had six or seven shots of alcohol before that 2011 incident.

Putting a gun to someone’s forehead is not “I didn’t mean to shoot.” Asshat.
