Man Becomes “monster,” Disembowels Girlfriend [GRAPHIC details!]

Fidel Lopez called 911 about 3:39 a.m. Sunday and told the operator his girlfriend Maria Nemeth was having trouble breathing and was going to die, according to the arrest report filed in the case.

Sunrise police found Lopez crying for help next to Nemeth’s naked body on the floor of the bathroom with blood and body tissue around the apartment that Nemeth, 31, and Lopez, 24, had shared for about one week in the 1600 block of Northwest 128th Drive, the report stated.

The bathroom door was ripped off its hinges and there was blood and tissue in the bathroom, a bedroom closet, and smeared on walls and doors. There were several holes in the walls and a shattered sliding glass door, police said.

During questioning Sunday morning Lopez initially told investigators that he and Nemeth had been having rough sex and that she went into the bathroom, vomited and collapsed, the arrest report said.

Further questioning revealed a different story.

Lopez told detectives he became a “monster” when Nemeth called out her ex-husband’s name two times while they were having sex. He said hearing someone else’s name during sex upset and enraged him, investigators said.

Lopez said he left Nemeth in the closet where they were having sex and started breaking things throughout the apartment, smashing the rear sliding glass door and punching holes in the walls, police said.

Below = GRAPHIC. “Monster” doesn’t start to describe this. This is not “rough sex” or about “rough sex” at all and that scumbag only said that to try to excuse himself for killing her. Only a scumbag who can’t see a woman as a human would do this.

Most of the time, when a man claims “it was rough sex,” he’s hiding a rape. Period.

He went back to the closet where Nemeth was lying unconscious and he started inserting a beer bottle, a flat iron for hair, and both fists inside of her, investigators said.

Lopez said he inserted his arm up to his elbow and ripped out part of her intestines, detectives said.

He carried her into the bathroom and tried to put water on Nemeth’s face, but she did not wake up.

Lopez told police he then washed the blood off his hands in the bathroom sink, went out on the porch to smoke a cigarette and then started to panic.

After further efforts to clean the apartment, Lopez told police he checked on Nemeth in the bathroom, found that she wasn’t breathing and called 911, according to the arrest report.

Rapist Gets the Shit Kicked out of Him—by His Nephew

Rusty’s not saying he approves but…

William L. Mattson, 52, of Conway, was arrested by Conway police on charges of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree in the reported rape of his nephew’s girlfriend.

William L. Mattson, 52, of Conway, was arrested by Conway police on charges of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree in the reported rape of his nephew’s girlfriend.

A police report shows that the nephew had brought his girlfriend to his father’s house after the two had attended a New Year’s party. The nephew left and he told police he returned to hear moaning from outside the door of the room he shares with his girlfriend.

He told police he kicked the door down and found his uncle, Mattson, who also lives in the house, on top of his girlfriend. He claims he drove his uncle from the home, striking him repeatedly.

While the nephew was giving his statement to police, the uncle returned to the home and told police his nephew had dropped the girl off and that he and the girl were drinking together. Mattson told police they began to hug and kiss while the girl was naked under a blanket, but that he was fully clothed. It’s then his nephew returned and struck him repeatedly, the report says.

Police spoke to the girl, who said nothing was consensual. Mattson was then placed under arrest.

Man in Werewolf Mask Shoots Worker in Check-Cashing Business, Still At-Large

And no clues why.

Police are searching for the masked assailant, who shot the worker in the head during the attack in Chino on Friday.

The victim — a 58-year-old man — was a construction worker at the business and is expected to survive, police said.

His co-worker, Armand Soliano, said they thought it was a prank when the assailant walked in. He opened fire without speaking to anyone.

Police are searching for a man who wore a werewolf mask and shot a worker at a check-cashing business, authorities said.
“He didn’t say a word,” Soliano told CNN affiliate KABC. “He shot him in the head for no reason.”

At the time of the incident, the business was closed for renovations, but it had its back doors open.

World Gone Bad: Doctors in Kolkata Beat, Slash Suspected Thief to Death

Authorities have ordered an inquiry into the attack in the eastern city of Kolkata in which the 30-year-old man was beaten with bamboo sticks and slashed on Sunday, a senior police officer said.

“Preliminary inquiries have revealed that nearly a dozen junior doctors picked up the man on suspicion of stealing mobile phones,” Kolkata’s deputy police commissioner Dhrubajyoti De said.

They dragged him into a room at the state-run Nilratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital, tied him to a pillar and carried out the attack, before leaving him to die.

“Some of them even slashed him on his private parts,” De told AFP, adding that labourers working nearby alerted police to the attack.

“Police found the man lying in a pool of blood. A razor was also seized from the spot,” he said.

“Hurry up. I don’t want to hurt you”: Man Kills 2 Cops, Wounds 1 and Civilian

“a ‘perfect storm’ of violence”

At about 10:30 a.m., a man armed with an AR-15 rifle aimed out of the car from the parking lot of a Motel 6 at Arden Way and Ethan Way and opened fire, killing [officer Danny] Oliver with a shot to the forehead.

Over the next six hours, authorities say, 34-year-old gunman Marcelo Marquez eluded hundreds of officers from Sacramento to Auburn in a crime spree that left Oliver and Placer County sheriff’s Detective Michael David Davis Jr. dead. A third Placer deputy, Jeff Davis, was wounded and later treated and released from a hospital. A motorist was in serious condition from a gunshot to the head.

The carnage ended around 4 p.m., when Marquez meekly surrendered to deputies who converged on a home in Auburn where he had been hiding for hours as one of the largest manhunts in Sacramento history unfolded.

Marquez, who public records indicate is from Salt Lake City, was expected to be transferred to the Sacramento County jail late Friday along with a woman who authorities say had accompanied him on part of his rampage.

She was identified as Jannelle Monroy, 38, of Sacramento, although public records online suggest she is Marquez’s wife and that the couple are from West Valley City, Utah.

The ordeal began at the Motel 6 near Sacramento’s bustling Arden Fair mall and a popular movie theater complex.

Oliver and his partner were approaching a car in the motel parking lot that had a man and woman inside when the gunman suddenly opened fire, Jones said.

“As the officer approached the vehicle, the person inside the vehicle fired several rounds at Officer Danny Oliver,” the sheriff said in an afternoon press conference. “At least one of those rounds struck Deputy Oliver in the forehead, which caused his death.”

Oliver didn’t have time to react, but his partner drew his weapon and opened fire as the suspects fled the parking lot.

The suspects drove a short distance away, to the 700 block of Howe Avenue. There, they tried to carjack a vehicle driven by a man who apparently resisted and was shot in the head, then fell back into his vehicle.

That victim was identified as Anthony Holmes, 38, who was listed in serious condition Friday night at the UC Davis Medical Center.

The suspects fled that parking lot into a nearby neighborhood, where they carjacked yet another vehicle, this one a white Ford Mustang convertible, then raced a few blocks away to a home on Coronado Boulevard at Castec Drive, where they encountered Jose Cruz, a gardener working on a home.

“I need a favor,” the man told Cruz as he pointed a pistol at him with his right hand and held his left arm wrapped in a bloody shirt.

“What’s the favor?” Cruz asked.

“I need your keys,” the gunman said. “Hurry up, because they’re chasing me. Hurry up. I don’t want to hurt you.”

The suspect then helped Cruz unhitch a trailer full of gardening equipment from the truck, and he and the woman raced off to Fair Oaks Boulevard and, within minutes, a Carmichael neighborhood.

There, a county park ranger spotted them changing clothes and alerted authorities, who raced to Van Alstine Avenue and cordoned off a neighborhood.

But they were too late. By then, the pickup truck was racing up Interstate 80 and exited at Auburn, where the occupants pulled over to the side of the road and two Placer County deputies spotted it.

The deputies approached but immediately were met with gunfire from an AR-15 rifle, authorities said, striking both of the officers. Both were taken to the Sutter Roseville Medical Center, where Michael David Davis Jr. later died.

Monroy was arrested at that scene, and authorities said a pistol was found in her purse. However, they added that they believe Marquez did all the firing during Friday’s events.

As Monroy was being arrested, Marquez fled into a residential area near Placer High School, forcing that school and others to lock down their campuses, authorities said.

The gunman took refuge inside a home on Belmont Drive while a massive law enforcement response that included several helicopters converged on the area.

For the next three hours, officers carefully tightened the noose around the neighborhood, focusing SWAT teams on the home and contacting the homeowner, who helped draw a floor plan of the home for deputies.

In Auburn, meanwhile, scanner traffic that had been describing efforts to capture the suspect suddenly went silent.

After about 45 minutes of minimal traffic, the scanner came back to life just before 4 p.m. with a simple announcement: “He’s cuffed,” a dispatcher said.

Officers had entered the home and arrested Marquez, apparently without him putting up a struggle.

Man with Hatchet Attacks Cops in NYC

The chaotic scene unfolded about 2 p.m. when a freelance photographer approached four officers assigned to foot patrol with the 103rd Precinct and asked to take their picture on Jamaica Avenue near 162nd Street, NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said during a Thursday evening press conference.

As the officers posed for the shot on the rainy street, Zale Thompson, who was swinging an 18 1/2-inch metal hatchet, charged and struck Officer Joseph Meeker, 24, in the right arm, Bratton said. Thompson swung again, striking Officer Kenneth Healey, 25, in the back of the head, knocking him to the ground.

Thompson never uttered a word and investigators have no motive for the attack,….

Surveillance video released by the NYPD shows Thompson, 33, a Queens resident, in a green raincoat with the hood up run up and swing at the officers with a two-handed grip on the hatchet.

Two other officers shot and killed Thompson in front of the Conway department store.

Man Beats 3-Year-Old Girl to Death over Soiled Pants

Cops found the dying girl after a 911 caller reported bloodcurdling screams echoing from the apartment in a city homeless shelter at 38 Cooper St. shortly before 4 p.m., cops said.

…Jeida Torres, 3, died at Wyckoff Hospital after her mother’s enraged boyfriend “punched and choked” the tiny child — who suffered injuries to her head and body, sources said.

“She either pooped her pants or peed on herself, and he got agitated,” a source said.

Suspect Kelsey Smith, who fled the scene and left the mortally injured child behind with her battered big brother, has a rap sheet with with 14 prior arrests dating to 2008, cop sources said.

Jeida’s 5-year-old brother, Andrew, was also beaten black and blue by Smith, 20, although a police source said the boy’s injuries were possibly inflicted before Saturday.

Neighbor Marilyn Cruz said the afternoon killing capped two solid weeks of fighting and violence inside the apartment.

Smith was busted just across the Queens border after the NYPD received a tip on the fugitive’s whereabouts. Cop sources said he tried to slash himself in a failed suicide try.

[Mother of children Kimberly] Torres — who arrived at the location 30 minutes after the 911 call — told police she left Smith alone with her two kids when she went to work Saturday.

The dead girl’s grandfather broke down completely after he learned of little Jeida’s fate, and his daughter sobbed relentlessly before police brought her to the hospital.

Battered Andrew Torres, who was placed in a police car for the trip to Wyckoff, was in stable condition with visible bruises to his face and upper body.

“Papa! Papa!” the terrified boy shouted at his grandfather, who had just come downstairs from the apartment where his granddaughter’s body was found.

The little girl was already motionless when EMTs rushed her outside in a desperate if vain effort to save her life.

“I saw the paramedics run out with little girl wrapped in a blanket,” said Best. “Her hands were just hanging out … just limp.”

“rocks, skateboards, buckets, pumpkins”: Pumpkin Festival Becomes Melee

Huge crowds including Keene State College students and visitors to an annual pumpkin festival in New Hampshire became unruly Saturday, leading to injuries and arrests.

College officials provided few specifics on the melee but said Keene State students and out-of-town visitors were involved. The school said in a statement that off-campus gatherings escalated at locations around the city.

Keene State student Ellery Murray told The Boston Globe she was at a party that had drawn a large crowd when people started throwing things. She said police responded in riot gear and used tear gas to break up the crowd.
“People were just throwing everything they could find — rocks, skateboards, buckets, pumpkins,” she said. “People just got too drunk.”

The Southwestern New Hampshire Fire Mutual Aid organization said on Twitter that several people were injured from thrown bottles at a party involving hundreds of people.
