Chicago Woman Beats Rapist Unconscious with Crowbar

She MacGyver’d like a boss:

The 58-year-old woman had been asleep in her bedroom in the 1300 block of South Throop Street in University Village when [30-year-old Dorval] Grice, a longtime neighbor, entered the woman’s home through an unlatched living room window about 6:30 a.m., prosecutors said.

Grice woke the victim up by pulling her hair and demanding oral sex, according to Grissman.

When the woman refused, Grice punched her several times in her head, prosecutors said. That’s when he ripped off the woman’s underwear and forced himself on her, prosecutors said.

The victim begged for her life, prosecutors said, and fought against Grice.

She was eventually able to grab a glass mug from her nightstand and beat Grice in his head, Grissman said. The woman then grabbed a crowbar she keeps near her bed for protection and beat Grice unconscious, according to prosecutors.

At that point, she called 911.

The survivor added:

“If I’d been a crybaby, he’d have had me,” the victim told Fox32 News, explaining how she tapped her knowledge of boxing to “stick ’em and move baby.”

Man Becomes “monster,” Disembowels Girlfriend [GRAPHIC details!]

Fidel Lopez called 911 about 3:39 a.m. Sunday and told the operator his girlfriend Maria Nemeth was having trouble breathing and was going to die, according to the arrest report filed in the case.

Sunrise police found Lopez crying for help next to Nemeth’s naked body on the floor of the bathroom with blood and body tissue around the apartment that Nemeth, 31, and Lopez, 24, had shared for about one week in the 1600 block of Northwest 128th Drive, the report stated.

The bathroom door was ripped off its hinges and there was blood and tissue in the bathroom, a bedroom closet, and smeared on walls and doors. There were several holes in the walls and a shattered sliding glass door, police said.

During questioning Sunday morning Lopez initially told investigators that he and Nemeth had been having rough sex and that she went into the bathroom, vomited and collapsed, the arrest report said.

Further questioning revealed a different story.

Lopez told detectives he became a “monster” when Nemeth called out her ex-husband’s name two times while they were having sex. He said hearing someone else’s name during sex upset and enraged him, investigators said.

Lopez said he left Nemeth in the closet where they were having sex and started breaking things throughout the apartment, smashing the rear sliding glass door and punching holes in the walls, police said.

Below = GRAPHIC. “Monster” doesn’t start to describe this. This is not “rough sex” or about “rough sex” at all and that scumbag only said that to try to excuse himself for killing her. Only a scumbag who can’t see a woman as a human would do this.

Most of the time, when a man claims “it was rough sex,” he’s hiding a rape. Period.

He went back to the closet where Nemeth was lying unconscious and he started inserting a beer bottle, a flat iron for hair, and both fists inside of her, investigators said.

Lopez said he inserted his arm up to his elbow and ripped out part of her intestines, detectives said.

He carried her into the bathroom and tried to put water on Nemeth’s face, but she did not wake up.

Lopez told police he then washed the blood off his hands in the bathroom sink, went out on the porch to smoke a cigarette and then started to panic.

After further efforts to clean the apartment, Lopez told police he checked on Nemeth in the bathroom, found that she wasn’t breathing and called 911, according to the arrest report.

Rapist Gets the Shit Kicked out of Him—by His Nephew

Rusty’s not saying he approves but…

William L. Mattson, 52, of Conway, was arrested by Conway police on charges of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree in the reported rape of his nephew’s girlfriend.

William L. Mattson, 52, of Conway, was arrested by Conway police on charges of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree in the reported rape of his nephew’s girlfriend.

A police report shows that the nephew had brought his girlfriend to his father’s house after the two had attended a New Year’s party. The nephew left and he told police he returned to hear moaning from outside the door of the room he shares with his girlfriend.

He told police he kicked the door down and found his uncle, Mattson, who also lives in the house, on top of his girlfriend. He claims he drove his uncle from the home, striking him repeatedly.

While the nephew was giving his statement to police, the uncle returned to the home and told police his nephew had dropped the girl off and that he and the girl were drinking together. Mattson told police they began to hug and kiss while the girl was naked under a blanket, but that he was fully clothed. It’s then his nephew returned and struck him repeatedly, the report says.

Police spoke to the girl, who said nothing was consensual. Mattson was then placed under arrest.

Father Beats the Shit out of Son’s Attacker, No Charges to Be Filed

What cop would arrest this father? What jury would convict this father? At the story link below, you can see this boy’s busted-up face.

A Florida police chief has caused a media stir by saying he is looking the other way after a father severely beat a man he caught sexually assaulting his 11-year-old son.

The father called Daytona Beach police on Friday to report he had interrupted his son being assaulted, and could be heard telling a dispatcher he left the attacker “nice and knocked out” and “in a puddle of blood” on the floor.

Raymond Frolander, 18, faces a felony sexual battery charge on a victim under 12-years-old, according to a police charging affidavit. The father had not been charged in the beating.

“We observed the defendant laying motionless on the living room floor with several knots on his face and bleeding from his mouth,” police wrote in the affidavit.

Daytona Beach Police Chief Michael Chitwood, asked by a local CNN affiliate whether he had any issue with the father’s actions, said: “Not as a police chief and not as a father.”

Media photos show pictures of Frolander severely beaten, with bloodied lips, bruises around his swollen eyes, and scratches on his neck.

World Gone Bad: Pakistani Woman Gang-Raped, Strangled, Hung from Tree

Rape culture is as central to male supremacy as violence and war.

Pakistani police said Muzammil Bibi, 20, was attacked by three men in a field in the impoverished Layyah area of densely populated Punjab province.

“This is the first time in my 22 years of service in the police that I have seen such a case, where a girl was raped in this way and found hanging from a tree,” senior officer Sadaqat Ali Chohan told Reuters.

“We have heard of such cases in India but never in Pakistan. The girl’s clothes were torn. We took her down and moved her to hospital. Her body had signs of resistance. We have arrested three individuals who have confessed to the crime.”

…Police said her parents spent all night looking for her and found her body hanging the next morning.

Two teenage cousins were found hanging from a tree after being raped in the north of India in May, in the latest of a series of attacks which have triggered nationwide debate on violence against women.

Officials Gone Bad: 911 Operator Tells Rape Victim To “quit crying so I can get the information”

The victim called 911 just after 4 a.m. last Sunday, according to ABC affiliate WSYX. She was staying with a friend at a house just off the Ohio State University campus. The caller said she was woken up by a stranger holding a gun to her head and forcing her to perform sex acts on him.

The distraught woman told the dispatcher the man broke into the house full of sorority girls and left after assaulting her, stealing cash and an iPhone, according to WSYX. But she said she didn’t know her friend’s address, and asked if the dispatcher could locate where her phone was.

“No. We can’t. That’s why I need to know where you are,” the dispatcher could be heard saying on the call.

The caller described the attacker as a small white male with a white shirt. She asked the police to immediately arrest him.

“Ma’am, you’re going to have to quit crying so I can get the information from you,” the dispatcher told the victim.

When the dispatcher asked the rape victim where the attacker came in, the victim answered: “I have no idea. I have no idea. I have no idea. The back door.”

“Well, they’re not going to be able to find him with the information that you’ve given,” the dispatcher responded.

That’s when the caller broke down.

“Don’t you understand how horrified I am? I am a 20-year-old from Upper Arlington. I don’t know what you deal with every day, but the kind of sympathy you have is zero,” she told the dispatcher.

The police have charged Michael Callaghan, 30, with rape and burglary in relation to the attack on the woman.

A 911 supervisor told WSYX that the dispatcher could have handled the call better and will review the call, but will not reprimand the dispatcher since the victim has been helped and a suspect has been charged.

Would this operator not be reprimanded if that rape victim became a murder victim? Or does this operator like too many idiots think that “most” rape accusations are false? I know most of you people are too dense to understand but I’ll say it anyway–the delusion that “most” rape cases are false comes from the perspective of abusers, of rapists, of molesters, of men who like the privilege they have to do anything they want to a body of someone “beneath” them or “put on earth to serve” his waste of genetic material.

“severe and disturbing”: Transgender Woman Kept as “Slave” in Natchitoches Parish, LA

According to investigators, the victim was held captive, tortured and forced to perform menial tasks and sexual acts. Natchitoches Parish Sheriff Victor Jones Jr. called it the most “severe and disturbing” case of human trafficking ever investigated in the parish.

The three suspects — David Rodriguez Jr., 37, and Christina Marie Harper, 39, both of Pleasant Hill, and Ambre Tubbs Lomas, 39, of Shreveport — turned themselves in Wednesday and remained in custody Thursday at the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center.

NPSO received a report Saturday night from a Robeline assistant town marshal that he had come in contact with a female who had a logging chain wrapped around her near the intersection of Interstate 49 and Louisiana 6 West near Natchitoches.

After the chain was removed and the victim treated for numerous lacerations and bruises, she was placed in protective custody. She told investigators she had been able to free herself after being held captive, took one of the suspects’ vehicles and drove to Natchitoches.

As investigators built the case, they formed a grim picture of what allegedly happened.

The victim, an out-of-state resident, met Rodriguez and Harper online and agreed to voluntarily move into their home several months ago. While living with the couple, Rodriguez made the victim turn over all cash and relinquish ownership of a 1999 Harley Davidson motorcycle to him. Soon afterward, the victim was tattooed by Rodriguez and registered as a slave on a website.

The victim was given a list of daily chores to complete, which included serving meals, taking care of animals, leveling dirt, installing a swimming pool, digging trenches, removing fallen trees and performing sexual acts.

She was subject to mistreatment by Rodriguez, Harper, and a third person identified as Lomas, including beatings, carving initials into her body, being shocked with a Taser and having urine thrown on her. She was kept chained, sometimes outside, fed once a day and given limited water and urine to drink.

10-Year-Old Girl Helps 8-Year-Old Brother Rape a 10-Year Old

The child’s mother says she was waiting in the pickup line for her daughter after school when her 10-year-old daughter came running towards her crying and shaking.

The mother was mortified when the child told her what had happened.

“She came out with her knees and hands shaking and crying. I jumped out of the car and asked her what was wrong and she said ‘mama they touched me down there.’” said the little girl’s mother.

The 10-year-old told her mother that when she went to the restroom a sister and a brother duo attacked her.

“The little boy pulled his pants down, pulled her pants down.” said the mother.

She says a female classmate held her down while that little girl’s 8-year-old brother raped her.

18-Year Old with 5 Year History of Sexual Assaults Charged in AZ

Charges against Tyler Kost of San Tan Valley include multiple counts of sexual assault with a minor, sexual abuse with a minor and sexual conduct with a minor. He also faces one count of child molestation.

Pinal County Attorney Lando Voyles said the victims in the crimes alleged in the indictment issued Wednesday ranged from 12 to 17 years old.

Voyles said the offenses occurred between October 2009 and April 2014.

Kost was born in January 1996 so he was 13 when the first offense allegedly occurred. But Voyles plans to try him as an adult on all charges.

“In Arizona, once an individual turns 18, we don’t have a choice,” Voyles said. “(State law) makes it fairly clear.”

Wait—would you not want to charge him as an adult for these very not-child-like crimes? Serial crimes? And harassment?

…Kost would face between 147 and nearly 334 years in prison if convicted of all the charges in the indictment, the prosecutor said.

Pinal County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kost last week, accusing him of being a serial sex predator who assaulted at least 18 students. Voyles said he could not comment on why the indictment accused Kost of crimes involving only 11 victims.

According to the indictment, none of the alleged sexual assaults occurred on a school campus. Kost is accused of sexually abusing the victims in his bedroom, in a parked car, a park and out in the desert.

…In addition to calling Kost a sexual predator, Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu last week said Kost threatened and harassed victims to such an extent that two fled the state, and one attempted suicide.

“This is a serious and serial sex offender and rapist,” Babeu said.

The investigation was initiated after the Sheriff’s Office received a call March 25 from someone reporting that Kost had sexually abused and molested five teenage girls.

Kost lives in San Tan Valley, a bedroom community of about 87,000 named for its location in the foothills of the San Tan Mountains. The area, about 45 miles southeast of Phoenix, is known for its golf courses and hiking trails.

Police Dept Gone Bad: Protecting Sexual Predators, Serving Cover-ups

The transcripts stem from the remaining civil lawsuit against the city of San Diego for the actions former officer Anthony Arevalos, who was convicted on multiple counts of sexual battery.

Lawyers for Arevalos’ 13th victim, who is only known as Jane Doe, address a 1997 incident where Arevalos detained a mentally unstable woman and took pictures as she preformed sex acts on herself with his police baton.

Arevalos’ former partner alerted police supervisors of the incident. However, court records show it was never reported to internal affairs. Arevalos would go on to assault 13 women while on duty until his conviction in 2011.

“This all could have been stopped years ago,” Arevalos’ former partner Francisco Torres said under oath in 2012. “He has his Polaroid out and when I got there the female was in the backseat again naked with her handcuffs in front of her and she had the baton.”

A court transcript revealed Lansdowne and his deputy, Ramirez, responded when the incident was reported in the media.

“When the reporters … get it in the news, we have a problem,” Ramirez said to Lansdowne, according to the transcript.

Court records show Lansdowne replied, “I want to do one thing and one thing only — find that documentation.”

…”Chief Ramirez testified under oath that he and chief Lansdowne … get together to try and figure out not if it really happened, not if there are any witnesses left, only to take documentation that is going to come around and bite them in the bottom,” Joe Dicks, Doe’s attorney, said.

Lansdowne retired weeks after Team 10 broke the story about former officer Christopher Hays, who is accused of sexual harassment while on duty.

Team 10 obtains court records suggesting San Diego Police Department cover-up. 10News.com, 4/10/2014.

Who is Christopher Hays? Possibly worse than Arevalos:

One of those sources willing to openly talk about the case is attorney Dan Gilleon. He represented some of the women Arevalos assaulted.

“I don’t know of any women who came forward and said they have had sex with Arevalos, but that’s what I’m hearing on this one,” Gilleon said. “This was Arevalos-squared.”

Team 10 broke the news Thursday that four women had come forward to say they were abused by Hays.

When Team 10 asked SDPD Chief William Lansdowne if this case was like the Arevalos case, he answered, “It’s not.”

Lansdowne later elaborated the case involved pat downs, adding, “This is not skin-to-skin touching, these are improper searches.”

Hays has not been charged, and the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case.

Hays’ father-in-law, Mark Jones, is an assistant police chief.
